The recipe says to roast for 45 to 50 minutes. I’m just learning to use my convection oven . What would the time be in the convection? Still nervous.

When I use a convection oven I usually decrease cooking time by 25%. However there can be some variance in temperature and fan speed so the first few times you use your convection oven you should ideally use a a meat thermometer.
