I live in the Midwest. My Italian friends grow Anaheims which, to me, look like hatch chilies. But, those are the peppers they roast for sausage and peppers.

Look it up on the web for varietal and shopping names near you. Heat level is low (Scoville 100-500) so between bell peppers and poblanos, if you need to replace them.
