Active Yeast versus Instant for the cinnamon rolls from Erin

could only find active yeast. have made these many times using instant and love them. any advice, please

Active yeast must be "activated" by dissolving it in lukewarm water and letting it sit for a few minutes. That's possible for recipes that include water. But here the only liquid is milk, and it must be cold. So I wouldn't use active yeast for this recipe.
