I make cinnamon rolls in bulk and freeze them after the first rise, so they can be thawed and baked at a later date. I don't see any reason why you couldn't do the same thing with this recipe. You would want to let them thaw and rise in the refrigerator overnight, and then proceed with the baking as directed.
