If you don't mind a very thin, crepe like pancake - then you don't need to do anything. However, if you want a thicker one, then simply stir in a little more flour 1 tablespoon at a time, and let the batter sit for a few minutes to absorb the extra liquid. Flour can vary slightly in the amount of liquid it can absorb depending on how humid the environment is, or how dry. So it's best when you are making something like pancakes to slowly add the liquid so you can stop when you have reached the correct consistency. But adding in a few spoons of extra flour won't hurt anything.
