Can this be baked in a bundt cake pan instead of a tube pan? If so, how long?

Yes -- make sure you butter and flour the pan really well. It should take about the same amount of time to bake.

Thank you so much! Can't wait to bake it. My New Year's goal is to bake a cake once a month (I haven't failed yet!) This will be my September cake as my youngest requested a chocolate bundt cake.
