Does this take 20 minutes total or 20 minutes Plus the time it takes for the instapot to get to pressure? Thanks.

The author must mean 20 minutes total to prepare once you put it in the pot to start sauteing the first ingredients, given that the time for pressure cooking is much less. In the instructions, I see it says, "Put the lid on the cooker and turn to pressure cook mode on high for 5 minutes (or for 6 minutes if you like your noodles more well-done, less al dente)."
