I made freezer jam. The set up time is 24 hours, but I left it out for an additional 8 hours. Is it okay?

Any jam should be fine left out at room temperature for a day or two. When I was growing up, we never refrigerated our jams or jellies. We went through each jar within a week or so. The sugar (even in a low sugar recipe) and acid in the jelling powder keep the fruit from spoiling. ;o)

It was raspberry jam, using SureJell's Low Sugar recipe.
