Peanut Butter Granola
Recipe question for: Peanut Butter Granola

A couple thoughts -
From reading through the ingredients, the recipe makes about 8 to 9 cups of granola, which makes 12-16 servings, or roughly 1/2 to 3/4 cup each. You can estimate serving size better after you make your fist batch, and put it in a container which has cup markings or whose size you know. Then judge actual serving size.
On healthiness, people's definitions and needs vary. But from reading the headnote and the ingredients, it is designed to be low sugar, low in fat, substantial in fiber & nut protein, with possible additions of milk and fruit. Does that meet your standard?

I should have asked more specifically: what is the nutritional data per serving, if, protein, fiber, carbs etc

Janism - unfortunately, that info is not usually provided at this site. For approx nutrition info, find a similar recipe at a site like allrecipes or food.com.
For exact info, use one of the nutritional calculator apps that let you enter recipe data and figure it out.
