Crust leaking butter and making flakiness
So the crust leaks butter when cooking and was not flaky and hard to roll out :( any suggestions

When you take the dough out of the fridge to roll out, you can leave it for about ten minutes, to warm up just a little, to make rolling it easier. Any longer and you may have the leakage you describe.
