can i sub cake flour for the pastry flour called for in this recipe? having a hard time locating the former.

I've sometimes mixed cake flour with all purpose flour to approximate pastry flour. Someone in the comments for this recipe mentioned success with using all purpose flour cut with cornstarch instead of pastry flour.
