I believe the manufacturer says it will last five years from production date. Honestly, all it contains is ground chestnuts, sugar and vanilla- which is unlikely to spoil so long as it is in an intact container. Fresh chestnuts have a short shelf life, but preservation in sugar extends that incredibly long term.
