Anxious to try this. Is it possible to convert your recipe to a non-sourdough? I don't have starter and prefer regular dough.==ar

Certainly possible! It's hard for me to recommend how to convert, though. You have to add instant yeast (maybe 1-1.5%?) and then account for the lost flour and water in the starter.
