Can I use this technique on butternut squash?

Love this idea. I am trying on butternut squash @ 375 degrees. Hope it works ;0) How would you adapt this recipe to butternut squash?

I baked 2 large BNS using this method at 375 for the first 30, flipped for the next 30 and increased the oven temp to 400. Probably could have done 375 the entire time or 400 and reduce the time in oven. I was too generous with the butter. Nevertheless, a little brown butter and fresh sage toasted walnuts will be good with some of the BNS. Now will test a sauce.
