Cooking Boeuf bourguignon tonight for supper tomorrow. Should I add mushrooms and shalllots tonight or tomorrow?

Also should I add beurre manie tonight or tomorrow?

Hi Vkeller -- you can definitely add the shallots and mushrooms tonight. Adding the beurre manié should also be ok to add tonight, but if you're nervous, you could always do that tomorrow. Either way, reheat the stew gently. Hope it turns out great!

Thanks so much for your reply Amanda. When you say reheat gently, do you think it would be good to transfer to a crock pot on low for 3 hours or so, then add the beurre manie before serving?

I would reheat in a covered pot in a 200 F oven (not sure how long to recommend because I don't know how much stew there is!); and, yes, add the beurre manié before serving.
