How best to make in advance of serving.

Please can you advise, if I want to make a couple of days in advance, can I just keep the formed but uncooked knishes in the fridge and cook when needed? Or should I cook and then reheat?

I suppose you could keep them (like any fresh pasta) a few days in the fridge.
But, as I learned growing up, they last longer in the freezer. And taste fine that way.
Freeze them cooked or raw.
Defrost; then cook or reheat any way you like....baked, microwaved or fried.
Enjoy...

Revised.
• Should read: fresh pastry (not pasta)
• if you're going to fry them, deep frying or air frying work better than pan frying.
