How would you adjust this for a pressure cooker/instapot?

Hi! I've never made this in an instant pot, but here are some ideas: You can do step 2 using the "saute" function of the instant pot. As for the cooking process, i know the instant pot has a "slow cook" setting, so that would definitely work following these instructions. As I haven't tested it, I can't give you an airtight recommendation on how long to cook the soup with a different Instant Pot setting, but I'd start with the "soup" setting and see how it tastes.
