Not sure. I sense two possible problems. Question as written says disintegrating, but photo shows burned wrapper. For the burn, were you perhaps pan-frying? Most recipes I know for egg rolls or spring rolls call for deep frying. I hope this helps, at least a bit. If you could provide a link to the recipe, perhaps others here can say more.
