Anyone tried this with black beans? It’s the only bean I have and I can’t decide if it will be good with the other flavors.

Black beans, of course, have a different and some say stronger taste profile than chick peas.
If you want to eat the black beans now, k might cook them with a tomato sauce, some onions and cumin.
If you want to make the ditalini dish, I might just omit the black beans.
Either way, your choice.

Thanks! I wound up using some frozen peas instead. It was great with parsley, spinach and arugula. Maybe I’ll make some black bean and tomato tomorrow :-)
