Levain amount right? First 20 mins of baking coveed?

Are we really adding only 6g of the levain to the dough?
Also, “bake, covered, for 20 minutes...” - how covered, i thought we are baking freestyle, on a steel, and not in a dutch oven?

First 20m covered if using a pot, if you're baking directly on a baking stone/steel, just the pan in the oven generating steam.

Fixed the levain, should be 105g. Yes, first 20m covered!
