Dough ingredient question - is the water amount correct?

I must be reading this recipe wrong... but the dough recipe calls for 475 g water, but then the autolyse step only wants 355 g water (holding 50 g for later), but those two only add to 405 g? Am I missing a step? Thank you! Really appreciate your recipes!!

Hey, Kat! Sorry about that, it should be fixed now. The main dough has 475g water in total. When mixing the autolyse, 50g is witheld so at that time only add 425g. Then in mixing, add the remaining 50g of water (to get to the total of 475g).
