Yes, that's the baking temperature that I would use for these iced ginger strips! 350 degrees is always a good choice at sea level (or up to 3500 ft) for any cookie or bar.

Keep an eye on them, lest they burn - and don't forget to rotate the cookie sheet at least once, as it's easy for bar cookies to get too dark along one or more edge, if you're not careful.
