Would a 9" round pan work? If so, what time would you give it to bake? Thanks!

I was going to answer, "No, you need a 10" round pan" (given that the area of a 9" circle is so much less than that of the 8" x 10" pan), but then I saw in the comments that Chelsea made it in a 9" pan and didn't change a thing, and it worked! So, there you go. ;o)
