Gluten Free Option? Either flour ok?
Hi, I also am wondering about gluten free. I bought a flour for a friend but threw out the box. It has one of the two sets of the following ingredients. Can I use this?
millet 100% for first flour and Whole wheat square flour (72%) (rice, corn, millet and buckwheat), corn starch, thickener (bean gum), sea salt and dry yeast (yeast gluten free, E491) for second. Are these okay?
