Help with rice pudding please and thank you!
As a young woman I used to relish the creamy lusciousness of my mother in laws rice pudding. Sophie was born in Cairo and grew up in Thessoloniki, Greece.
I have never been able to produce a heavenly rizzorgalo...forgive spelling. I either stand at the stove an hour or more constantly stirring the rice and milk and have yet to find anything close to hers. It was a creamy milky texture which was not dense and gluey. It was light and rich but not at all dense..more loose I'd say.
I'd really appreciate any help the community would generously share with me.
