Low-carb options for coating?

Thinking of subbing cauliflower flour, nut flour or greatly reducing flour and adding Parmesan. Thoughts??

There are loads of recipes for cashew-crusted and pecan-crusted chicken which give you crunch, flavor, and almost no carb. Have a look and see what you think.
