I made this while we were at a vacation home, so I used Rao's jarred tomato-basil sauce. It worked for us!

For most of my pizzas, I use thinned (with water) tomato paste seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano, granulated garlic, and red pepper flakes.

I think the rest of your question was cut off - sorry about that. I tried it with Marcella Hazan's recipe (below) and it was great. What have others used?
