Skillet hand holds directly across from the primary handle are a problem for me.

My hands aren't strong enough to pour from the side of a large pot or skillet. I invariably pour over the "helper" hand hold making a mess. In my view it would be more helpful to move the extra hand hold to the side or remove it completely. Perhaps your design team could address this issue.
