Can you tell me approximately how much pesto you end up with? I’ve got some in the freezer I’d love to use in this recipe.

Hi Bonnie -- Good question, one I didn't know the answer to, but luckily I have all the supplies on hand, so I'm making a pan now as I type. (A good excuse to make lasagna for lunch!) The pesto measures out to 1 1/3 cup, or about 11 3/4 ounces. But since this is heavier on greens (and lighter on oil), I think you could go with a lesser quantity of a richer pesto -- say around 1 cup. Hope this helps, and please report back with results!
