How do I store the completed cake?

Technically, because it contains dairy, you should store it in the fridge. When my kitchen is cool, I leave it out, but in warmer months, I definitely refrigerate it. If you do chill it, make sure to let it sit out and loosen up before serving.

I don't see any reason to refrigerate this cake.
