How much shrimp stock does this make?

I have frozen shrimp stock that I want to use but the recipe doesn’t indicate total made after cooking down and straining.

2 quarts of water and 3/4 cup of rum go in the pot, so I'd be expecting to get at least 2 quarts of stock at the end of cooking/straining. You can use a bit more or less, I imagine, and adjust the thickness of the bisque later if you need to.
