Trouble adding a photo to a recipe

I just posted a recipe and would like to add a photo. I went to the "add photo" page and for some reason can't add. Can anyone help?

Hi Pat, I don't know what you mean by the "add photo" page. I published my recipe then I wanted to add the photo. Open to your recipe from your collection page. Under where-the-picture-will-be is "Edit" & "Add Photo" Click on add photo and you will get another page, click this dark 'add photo' & you should be able to upload there. Hope that helps!

That's exactly what I did but after clicking "add photo" The new page just says "Chef Larry's Photos" with a "save" and "cancel" button. I've never had this problem before and so have contacted the Editors.
