What holidays works best with chicken fried steak or country fried chicken?

Around my house. any day I make either chicken fried steak or country fried chicken is a holiday. Fried chicken is a picnic favorite, because it eats well cold- so perhaps Memorial Day, 4th of July, or Labor Day? Chicken fried steak is a not uncommon birthday dinner request - and although that's not a "holiday" per se, it is a special day for the person. Maybe you should include a special day category, to include recipes like this which are not made every day, but certainly do make a special day even more so.
