Clarify Ingredients- contradiction

I imagine the 2 tablespoon measure could stand in for using either olive oil or butter. If you are keeping kosher you would not use butter because that would make it unusable as a side dish with meat. If you are not, then you can use butter. There is a note from the recipe author in the remarks section which says essentially this same thing, even saying you could use margarine as well, instead of butter.
