Adjustments for High Altitude (Denver)

Love this recipe. I have made this wonderful bread numerous times in the Los Angeles area. I will be traveling to Denver and was wondering what adjustments I will need to make due the Denver's altitude of 5,280 ft. Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated. Happy baking to all!!

I haven't made this particular recipe but I used to live near LA & now I live in Colorado Springs. You need to reduce the yeast. For this I would try 5 1//2 tsp. & add a little water about 1-2 tsp. Reduce the honey by about 1 TBSP.
