I found wheat berries in a package, says they only take 15 minutes to cook. Do I still soak them for the 3 days.

Have never used wheat berries before. Wan to be sure this turns out as it should. I am soaking them today is day 2 of soaking and they look like this. They r expanding.

It may be that they are already hulled in which case it wouldn't take as long to soak - usually they take a lot longer to cook if they have the hulls on them so that's why soaking helps shorten the time!
