What Can I Use If I Don't Have A Frittata Pan?

Hi! Would it be possible to make this in a pie pan (similar to a quiche), and bake it on high heat instead of doing the grill? Thanks!

Caroline, I don’t own a frittata pan either. When I make them, up I use my old, cheap non-stick pan. I wrap the handle in a couple of layers of heavy duty tin foil, and then angle the pan with the handle outside the oven when broiling.

Hasn’t hurt the pan yet. Hope this helps.
