Hello, how can I make a 5# can of cheecheese sauce better for a wedding reception? I’ll probably need.2 Ed 2 cans for 160 people.
I’m needing help with the wedding reception cheese sauce. I wanted to purchase large cans and make them taste more homemade. Is this possible?

Maybe add some elements that would go with the sauce or provide contrast (taste and/or texture).
For example:
* sliced chilis or red cayenned flakes;
* fresh grated cheese (same or contrast to main sauce);
* fresh herbs related to the main dish;
* croutons for vegetables, or for a soup;
* onions - chopped fine or fried;
* slivered almonds.
PS What's the end bit mean (2 Ed 2)?
