Is Chicken Really Cooked Through?

Need advice as it appears the chicken is only cooked 4-5 minutes per side. Or, is it cooked a bit more in the actual cream sauce?

Hi Diane! I know we're a bit late here, but hoping we can still help in case you wound up making something else or would like to give this another try. At Step 3 in this recipe, you'll want to cook the meat until browned and cooked through—keeping in mind that if your chicken thighs are a bit bigger, or the flame on your stovetop is a bit lower, you may need to cook for longer. Plenty of variables can contribute to timing, and no one wants to wind up with raw chicken—so don't be scared to let your senses guide you!
