In Peanut Butter Cookies. Can we use other oils?

If I were to substitute the tablespoon of oil in this recipe, I would go with vegetable oil or sesame oil but I bet you can get away with an almond oil as well. I think the combo of sesame with peanut would be really tasty! Just don't use olive oil.
