Do you think it's possible to make this in an air fryer?

My toaster oven air fryer runs hot, so I know I'll need to lower the temperature. Any other considerations?

Perhaps not. That recipe depends on the jus from the chicken and marinade being absorbed by the potatoes and chickpeas. The air fryer may move things along more rapidly than it should. This might be one best done in a regular oven. If you have a fan-assisted ("convection") oven I'd even turn that off for this dish.
