Ok to bake after more than 14 hours and what to do with the lid?and w

When you remove the kid after the first 20 minutes of baking, do you keep it in the oven, off to the side or just put it on stove to cool. Also, you say ferment at meat 14 hours. Ok to bake later in day if 9am doesn’t work? Thank you as always!!

You can leave the lid inside or remove it, either way is just fine (I usually leave it in the oven). Yea, later in the day should be just fine with this loaf! Happy baking 🙂
