I know I'm crazy, but I don't like white chocolate. Can dark be subbed in smaller quantities? I don't want to lose the creaminess so maybe not?

For what it's worth: I don't like white chocolate either- and TECHNICALLY it isn't even chocolate...
We prefer very dark chocolate in our home. 😏

Agreed on it not being “chocolate.” And I love the creaminess. I’m thinking more whipping cream with a smaller amount of chocolate to keep the ratios.

Sounds good to me. You'll also get more chocolate taste. So overall, slightly different taste, but also good.

This is not an answer to your question, but if it helps, you're not crazy. I don't like it either - I also don't like dark chocolate (my kids reckon I'm crazy though!)

Scotto- tell your kids you aren't crazy. Lots if men don't like chocolate for whatever reason.

Not crazy at all! That just leaves more for those who do like it!
