I know I'm crazy, but I don't like white chocolate. Can dark be subbed in smaller quantities? I don't want to lose the creaminess so maybe not?

Agreed on it not being “chocolate.” And I love the creaminess. I’m thinking more whipping cream with a smaller amount of chocolate to keep the ratios.

For what it's worth: I don't like white chocolate either- and TECHNICALLY it isn't even chocolate...We prefer very dark chocolate in our home. 😏

Sounds good to me. You'll also get more chocolate taste. So overall, slightly different taste, but also good.

This is not an answer to your question, but if it helps, you're not crazy. I don't like it either - I also don't like dark chocolate (my kids reckon I'm crazy though!)
