Looking for multigrain bread recipe

I've gotten hooked on La Brea's (of Nancy Silverton fame) whole grain bread, and I'd love to learn how to make my own. Anyone got a good multigrain recipe?

If you count multigrain as more than one, I can strongly recommend Molly Yeh's version of rye bread, called Challah Gone-a-rye.
