What type of chocolate? No indication of semisweet or otherwise.

The recipe calls for one cup chopped chocolate bars or chips but doesn’t indicate wha type of chocolate. Milk, semisweet, bittersweet, dark. Please advise.

Hi Katherine, I have used 70% chocolate bars, 80% chocolate bars, 51% chocolate chips and Hu Chocolate gems with great results. I have not tried milk chocolate with this recipe. I prefer the richer cocoa flavor with using darker chocolates.
