Some baking, brewing and just plain grocery outlets sell various peanut or other nut extracts or flavorings. If you could buy one of those and combine it with your whiskey of choice, you'd have your own (not exact) version.
PS If you want to avoid alcohol, don't use all peanut extract to replace the liquid in the recipe - likely it will be too strong. Rather, use some fruit juice compatible with the other flavors and maybe a half tablespoon of extract.
