Why not Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour?

I'm not sure why this author says not to use Bob's Red Mill, but based on my experience with their flavor and performance, I've found that Trader Joe's and Bob's Red Mill flours are interchangeable. I like King Arthur almond flour too, which you can get at Target, reasonably priced, if Trader Joe's isn't convenient. I hope this helps! ;o)
