Are the measurements for the ground spices correct?

The recipe calls for 1/2 teaspoon each of chili powder and ground cumin but in the video it looks like Rick is using WAY more than that. Can anyone clarify what the correct measurements are?

The recipe now says 1/2 cup of chili powder (which seems like too much, so I'd use less). I definitely think 1/2 teaspoon wouldn't be enough so if it were me, I'd at least double or triple it.

How much spice is right generally is a matter of taste. I see that the same recipe is posted elsewhere on the internet with the same 1/2 cup chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin. I'd trust my instincts on this one, based on other recipes using similar spices - whatever seems right to you.
