My grandma used to make what she called Argentina chili?

I believe it only consisted of Yellow any White hominy, kidney beans, ground beef and some spices. I remember she used to use #10 cans and freeze the leftovers. Has anyone ever heard of that or anything similar? I need the recipe special for tomorrow.

Have a look at this recipe. Not 100% what you want (no beef), but most of the ingredients you mention are there and you can always add some beef.
