Where does one find kneebone? Would you find that at an Asian grocery store alongside oxtail?

You can also ask the store to special order it for you if they don't display it in a refrigerator case.

Also, try a full-service butcher store with a staffed counter. They might have some in their walk-in freezer.

Hello! Thank you for your question. You can find knee bone at any Asian grocery store in the meat section with oxtail and other meats. If they don't have knee bone, you can always substitute with just beef bones, too. I hope this helps!
